About Us

The study of dance offers a vehicle for self-expression, heightened responsiveness, increased self-confidence and great personal achievement. At Danzarte Academy our goal is to provide the understanding and skills needed for each student to enjoy and appreciate their chosen style of dance for a lifetime. Danzarte Academy is committed to excellence in dance education for three years of age and up. We cater to both the recreational and competitive skill levels. Our Beginner Ballet/Acro Dance Program for 3-5 yr old's is about fun exploration of balance, acrobatic steps, flexibility, creativity and self-confidence. Our Intermediate Ballet/Acro Dance Program for 6 and up is a recreational program focused on development of ballet techniques, Acro Dance skills, and pre-pointe through performances. Our Advanced Ballet/Acro Dance Program is our select competitive program for children who demonstrate mastery of all techniques and skills in the intermediate program. In the Advanced Program students continue improvement and learn challenging choreography, pointe, advanced techniques and competition routines. In the Advanced Program students go to regional and national competitions twice a year. We have over 25 years of professional ballet experience and 20 years experience of teaching dance to all skill-levels. We also offer other styles of dance including Hip Hop and Contemporary and Stretch/Conditioning to further development of flexibility and agility. 
Instructors are bilingual.
